4. Choose your Hoodie/Tee color. If you need color that is not selectable, please contact us to check availability.
5. Fill out the quantities of each apparel size, ensure this matches the total quantity of bundles.
6. If you chose the Ornament Add on, please download the Ornament Excel file, fill it out and upload it back to the product page, or email the filled form to us at info@athleteaccolades.com.
7. If you chose the Photo Magnet add-on, please upload the team player portraits to match the roster attached. You can rename each photo with the Player name and number, or proovide an accompanying text file with the file name associations.

Q: Does the volume discount still apply when ordering multiple different designs/rosters?
A: The volume discount does apply with different designs/rosters. These are product-specific, which means you would get volume discounts for pucks depending on the number of pucks in the cart.
Q: What type of logo format can I upload?
A: You can upload PNG, JPEG, or PDF files. For the best results, we recommend vector files (AI, EPS, or SVG) or a high-quality PNG.
Q: Is there an easier way to send roster and logo details?
A: Yes, you can email the details to info@athleteaccolades.com and specify “refer to email” in the order’s Additional Information section while placing the order. Our design team will then create a digital mockup and send it to you for approval before production.
Care Guide
To maintain the quality and look of your personalized baseball ball, keep them out of direct sunlight and heat, storing them in a cool, dry place. If required, clean it gently with a soft cloth, damp if required. Do not soak, do not use solvents and do not scrub.
Apparel Care: Wash inside out, in cold water and air dry for maximum durability. Always iron inside out and never directly on the transfer, with medium to low heat.
Print Method
Print size of logo is 3 cm in diameter. Team rosters are laser engraved around the entire baseball. (refer to the roster images for reference). Hence, rosters will always be copper in colour.
Print method for personalized baseballs, ornaments and photo magnets is UV printing technology with bold and vibrant colours. They are not vinyl decals and will not fade away or wear off. There is no limitation to the number of colours that can be printed, so the print is guaranteed to colour-match your logo, design or colour scheme.
All personalized apparel are DTF transfer printed with bold and vibrant colors. The transfers are guaranteed for up to 50 washes. There is no limitation to the number of colors that can be printed.
Shipping Information
Free shipping on orders of $500 or more. Standard Turnaround time for production is 15-18 business days, but may take longer during high season. This does not include the standard shipping timeline. Larger orders may require additional time based on quantity, and a tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
