Purchased these for our team as a gift and everyone loved it. Such a great momento especially for teenagers. So easy to get these done and quick turnaround time!

I ordered two ornaments right before Christmas and received a proof image for review/edit/approval 10 days later. I'd also sent an email inquiry, receiving an email within about a day to confirm that my order was received and some additional details the production timeline. I requested some minor modifications, another proof, confirmed, and then a few weeks later received them - exactly as advertised and requested, without defect. My suggestion is to order no less than 30 days before you want it just to be sure you get it in time.
