I was a little hesitant about trying out Athlete Accolades since I had not heard of them before but after receiving my order I am very glad I did! The quality of the designs on the puck, the lettering and the puck itself is of very high quality. After approving the proof I realized I missed two spelling errors and when I reached out they were happy to correct them since production had not started yet. That earned a lot of respect and trust in the company. This will be the only place I order custom pucks from in the future.
I ordered 4 custom baseballs for our travel coaches with a pretty short deadline. After submitting order got the mock up very fast and even had to make one change… my fault not theirs LOL. After the revision was made the mock was approved and the balls were made and shipped crazy fast. I received them with plenty of time for my deadline and they came out FANTASTIC could not be more pleased as this was my first time ordering. I dealt with Rubin and he was very friendly and most importantly very quick to respond to emails. I would absolutely recommend and will be ordering again.
Really pleased with how the product turned out. Also the communication from the production team was better than expected. When I originally ordered somehow I forgot to include my email address but since they had my phone, they texted me to get it. From there, being able to interact with the team and see a proof before ordering is what i'd expect from a high quality company. Plus the ensured production and shipping would get them to me well in advance of when i needed them. THANK YOU!!

Such a great experience working with this company. I ordered custom roster baseballs for our All Star Little League team. They came out great! Fantastic communication throughout the process. They made a concerted effort to get my order to me earlier than anticipated so I’d have them for the end of our state tournament. I ended up receiving the order far earlier than expected. Will absolutely order from them again and recommend to others!
