Q: Is there an easier way to send my logo and team details?
A: Yes, you can email the details to info@athleteaccolades.com and specify "refer to email" in the order's Additional Information section while placing the order. We will then create a digital mockup and send it to you for approval before production.
Q: How long does it take to receive my mockup after placing an order?
A: We typically send the digital mockup within 3 business days of receiving your order. Timelines may be slightly longer during peak sports seasons or during the 4th quarter of the year (holiday season). To check the status of your mockup, please email us at info@athleteaccolades.com.
Care Guide
Clean the ornaments gently with a soft cloth, damp if required. Do not soak, do not use solvents and do not scrub.

Each team logo ornament is printed in full color with your logo, team name, division, and season, ensuring every detail is sharp, clear, and long-lasting. These bold, vibrant colors are not vinyl decals or stickers and will not peel or wear off.

I ordered two ornaments right before Christmas and received a proof image for review/edit/approval 10 days later. I'd also sent an email inquiry, receiving an email within about a day to confirm that my order was received and some additional details the production timeline. I requested some minor modifications, another proof, confirmed, and then a few weeks later received them - exactly as advertised and requested, without defect. My suggestion is to order no less than 30 days before you want it just to be sure you get it in time.
I wanted a customized ornament to give my young grandson for his first club lacrosse season and you delivered perfectly! Name, number, jersey color and team name/year were proofed and arrived on time as promised! Additionally you were very quick to answer my numerous email questions with courtesy and kindness. I will definitely recommend your business when the opportunity arises in the future!
